As the CEO of her marketing agency and a 10 year corp. vet having overseen 10 million in revenue in her career, Katrina was stuck 'in her own success' living her Zone of Excellence (marketing).

 

Deep down she knew her Zone of Genius was creating an impact through implementing heart-based sales in organizations, but she feared making the pivot. 

 

Through our conversation, we discovered Katrina's core pattern of tolerating disappointing herself over other people as a result of people pleasing, approval seeking and a history of a father wound were contributing to the procrastination in making the business pivot that would yield more fulfilment and profit.

As a veteran realtor of 35 years, DLisa operated on a never ending pattern of worry that she would run out of money, despite making 30k commissions on a regular basis during her career. 

 

Additionally, her heart was calling her to go all in on her coaching side hustle and replace her real estate income but those same worry patterns were putting the brakes on her progress. 

 

Our conversation revealed that the worry stemmed from a never ending narrative of self-judgement masked as a concern about what others will think. This opened up the space for her to exercise the courage to follow her heart's calling into coaching her clients full time.

From Ep. 22: Need for Validation and Overwhelm Blocks the Clarity Needed to Simplify the Core Offer and Scale the Business

As an expert in many wellness modalities, Gabriel capped his capacity for growth by juggling multiple offers and deliverables to his clients. He was struggling to narrow down an offer that would allow him to simplify his business and scale and he felt he wasn't able to figure it out because he was always running out of time working in his business rather than on it. 

 

Our conversation revealed that the bottleneck to his business  wasn't time or offer but rather the certainty he was hoping would be revealed by one of his offers turning into a 'home run'. 

 

This need for external validation vs. the power of choice to go all in and consistently refine one offer until it works was the block holding him back from scaling his business and getting his time back.

From Ep. 21: Perpetually Playing Small, Not Feeling Safe to Suceed and a 'Discounted Self Identity' Stunt Business Growth

Viv was in a perpetual loop of 'playing small' by constantly rationalizing discounting her services to the point where she developed a 'discounted self' identity. 

 

As we dove deeper into her pattern it was revealed that her fear of success was rooted in the belief that 'I will be egotistical if I make more money'. In fact, her ego was convinced that it wasn't safe to succeed. 

 

This opened up the space for her to give herself permission to let go of this defense and stay in her power of matching her prices to the level of the value she brought to her clients.

From Ep. 66: Going From 'Selling is Sleazy and Manipulative' to Empowered and Excited About Selling Live on Air

Melissa's coaching business was stagnating because she was procrastinating on income producing activities and even avoiding incoming sales conversations. 

 

As we probed deeper we found the underlying narrative keeping her in fear of growing her business - selling is sleazy and manipulative. This was understandable, as growing up in a religious cult, money was used as a manipulation tool to keep people powerless. 

 

This realization allowed her to open the space to get excited about sales as an empowerment vehicle for both her and her clients.

During our conversation she was able to see that her desire to help was actually playing out in its distortion - martyrdom of trying to save everyone at her own energetic expense.

As we probed deeper we discovered that she was diluting her online presence due to a fear of revealing her core wounding - I am not enough. 

 

She realized that if she showed up authentically, her core wounding would be exposed and no one would believe she could actually coach them. This was the beginning of her releasing this self-sabotaging narrative and stepping up to show up in her full presence online.
