My name's Drasko and I run the Peacefully Ambitious CEO.  When entrepreneur Founders/CEOs reach a threshold of stress and dissatisfaction in life, business and/or relationships that they can no longer tolerate and/or ignore, they come to me.

 

I help them get rid of the inner patterns creating their outer problems, and then show them how to make those improvements into permanent upgrades of their day-to-day experience.

What is a Peacefully Ambitious CEO?


A Peacefully Ambitious CEO is the archetype that embodies the core qualities of my clientele and the North Star that guides my own commitments to inner evolution. 


Peacefully Ambitious means being unapologetic about wanting more in life, business and family while being fueled by peace to get it. 


The CEO suffix represents the core traditional qualities of the CEO role - vision, leadership, strategy, execution and accountability - applied to oneself. 


Combined, being and living as a Peacefully Ambitious CEO means embodying the following characteristics (in no particular order):

  • Unapologetic about wanting, speaking and realizing your ambitions in all in the areas that matter: business, family and life as a whole

What Is It That You Actually Do With Founders/CEOs?


The simplest way I can describe what I ‘do’ is I create transformational containers unique to the person in front of me. 


The person in front of me is usually an entrepreneur that has reached a threshold of stress and dissatisfaction in life, business and/or relationships that they can no longer tolerate and/or ignore. 

 

In most succinct terms, I help you get rid of the inner patterns creating your outer problems, and then show you how to make those improvements into permanent upgrades of your day to day life. 


While how this gets done is different client to client, 4 core pillars are universal:

1. Assess

Assess the mental/emotional/
behavioral/circumstantial patterns that are driving the core dissatisfaction and/or external problems you're experiencing. 

 

3. Integrate 

With your patterns eliminated on a belief and emotional level, I show you how to integrate them into improved behaviors in your day-to-day life. This is the "ROI" stage where you can see and directly experience the upgrades in life, business and relationships. 

2. Eliminate 

Your assessed patterns are broken down into 3 levels: thoughts, feelings and actions. I use distinct coaching and therapeutic tools for each level to eliminate the pattern(s) at the root. 

4. Normalize

Many people can lose weight but fewer people can maintain it, and it's the same with inner work. A different set of tools is required to normalize your upgrades into a higher level of baseline satisfaction and that's what I help you with in this stage.

Team Drama and Team Dysfunction: 

Any interpersonal problems that negatively affect operations and growth in the business is what I help you tackle. Whether the stakeholders involved are employees, partners, investors, clients or management team, my job is to help you resolve them through one core operating lens:

This approach isn't about blame or judgment, it's about focusing first on the part you have most control over: yourself. If you’re not open, willing and ready to take ownership of what you’re doing to contribute/enable these issues, I won't be able to help you nor am I willing to facilitate any mediation until your piece is resolved.

Burdensome Success

What was once a passion fueled start up has turned into “success at the speed of burnout” driven by a hamster wheel of overwhelm. Instead of “golden handcuffs” you have a golden treadmill that’s sucking the life, presence and joy out of the energy that used to fuel the year-over-year growth that got you here.


When working with clients in this stage I help them move through the identity equivalent of the business adage:

Basically, businesses scale, roles evolve but identities don’t always keep up. Where your business is at now requires a different version of you than the one that got you here and my job is to help you evolve and embody that version. 

 

Empty Success

Unlike the exhaustion and overwhelm of Burdensome Success, entrepreneurs at this stage have moved past the grind and now have the kind of success and possibly even time freedom that most founders dream of when starting. 


Despite this, your view at the top of this “success mountain” feels empty, unfulfilling, lonely and possibly even depressing. You have no clarity on what’s next and know that jumping back into the business will probably break more things than it will fix.


In short, you know the business won't fix the “hole in your soul” but you’ve got no idea what will either. 


For you, getting clear on what peace and happiness look like at this stage requires looking at all parts of yourself that got ignored on the path towards success. In there, lies the wisdom of the keys to your joy and the compass of clarity to whatever is your "next thing".

This is the “Self Sabotage” bucket that includes a whole host of patterns and behaviors, but here are the most common ones:

  • Focus issues that negatively affect output (procrastination, distraction, lack of motivation etc.)

  • Avoidance of important work and/or hard conversations
